Term Condition

General Information:

• Carry a valid photo ID (Aadhaar card, election card, passport, etc.) throughout your trip.
• Hotel check-in times are generally between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Check-out times are 8:00 AM in Havelock and Port Blair.
• Our representative will meet you at the Port Blair airport with a placard displaying your name.
• Your tour itinerary may be adjusted due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. All planned activities will still be covered.
• The vehicle provided for your tour group is exclusive for your travel between destinations in the itinerary. Additional usage incurs extra charges.
• We try our best to avoid scheduling sightseeing on days when locations are closed.

Weather Conditions:

• Some sightseeing spots in Port Blair may be closed on Mondays and government holidays.
• Weather can affect water clarity and snorkeling visibility. The light and sound show at the Cellular Jail may also be canceled due to rain.
• Ferry departures and island activities depend on weather conditions.

Payments and Cancellations:

• No refunds are offered for unused services, regardless of the reason.

Hotel Stay:

• Late check-out at hotels is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
